Nice work Nick, perhaps, as Doug suggest, the mid tones need to come down a tad. Perhaps a curves adjustment layer would help it really pop?

Yeah, just tried it, and it makes a HUGE difference.

An unusual and striking shot of the city. I like the "bright" effect of this exposure. It's the nature of experimentation to "get outside the box."

The slow shutter made the water look smooth, very nice!
